Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in perfect condition
  • In their original packaging
  • With the original tag intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender. 

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged returns so we recommend sending returns via an insured, tracked service to avoid this.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, less any shipping fees originally charged
